Digital Cultural Communication
Digital cultural communication is of crucial importance for the visibility of cultural activities and, compared to analogue cultural communication, will continue to gain in importance in the future. Attractiveness and functionality as well as digital and social media user experience are essential elements that contribute to successful communication with the respective target groups and regular use of the corresponding formats. In our workshop we will ask what aspects should be considered in the development of a digital cultural platform for Frankfurt and what consultative, professional training and support services would be important for the independent scene in order to improve its digital cultural communication. We will also discuss how groups of the urban society that have not yet been reached by cultural activities can be specifically addressed through target group-specific communication formats.
